Dedicated OCD Treatment

Operating out of Sydney Phobia Clinic, Sydney OCD Clinic offers dedicated treatment for Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) and related disorders.

As required by OCD treatment, we employ cognitive behavioural therapy and exposure and response prevention, as well as habit reversal training. We also integrate treatment with virtual reality exposure therapy, where appropriate.

Up to 3% of children and adults experience OCD across their lifetime. In many cases, a person who is experiencing OCD requires a specifically tailored approach, based on an understanding of that person’s unique circumstances. Sydney OCD Clinic is founded on the aim of meeting such needs. Our clinicians are experienced in treating OCD, as well as related concerns such as Body/Muscle Dysmorphic Disorder (BDD/MDD), Trichotillomania, and Hoarding Disorder.
